Last September, you encouraged us to purchase this house, even though the condition was so bad. I still remember what you said to me: “It is over 3000 ft, back on Ravine, and a 66ft front lot, it has big investment potential.” The asking price was over 1.5M, but you managed to finish the deal a bit over 1.4M by your excellent negotiating skill. After we took this house, you again helped us to have a total renovation: the master plan was designed by you, the construction team was recommended by you, the whole process was under your supervision, which we feel so grateful . And again this February, you pushed us to list the brand new 84 to the market. At first I thought it was a bit earlier, but eventually it proved that it was exactly the right timing, you are right Shirley, as always, and we sold the highest ever record in the whole Rouge Woods community. We definitely will follow you whenever we feel like investing in a property, you can make a killing for us.
